Monthly rent includes heat and hydro. A refrigerator and stove are provided for all apartments. The apartments vary in design; some have a patio or balcony while others have larger living areas.
Cable fee is $30.00 a month.
Laundry facilities are available for tenant use. The cost is $1.25 per cycle.
