Golden Dawn Senior Citizen Apartments offer a variety of floor plans, including bachelor, one bedroom and two bedroom. The process for placement on our waiting list involves completion of our application.

Please Note: Due to demand, we currently have a significant waiting list for apartments. Applications when received are date stamped and apartments offered on a first come, first served basis.
Additional Information
- Monthly rent includes heat and hydro
- A refrigerator and stove are provided for all apartments
- Some apartments have a patio/balcony and others a larger living space
- Cable television fee is $35 per month ($38.50 per month as of November 1, 2020)
- Laundry facilities are available for tenant use at $2.00 per cycle
- Telephone/internet may be obtained by calling EASTLINK at 1-888-345-1111
- Rent increases take place July 1st with 90 days notice given
