Golden Dawn independent seniors apartments are fully equipped bachelor, one and two bedroom units designed for mature adults.
Floor plans vary, with some units having a balcony, others a patio, and some with a larger living area.
Each unfurnished apartment has a four-piece bathroom, bedroom(s), and dining/living area.
Main entry and parking for the apartments are at ground level off of the Webster Street entrance.
There is both elevator and stairway access to the attached long-term care facility.
A coded access control system is mounted at the main entrance to the facility for the safety and security of our tenants.
